Prayosha makes PH Series machines that are hydraulic semi-auto, high-precision horizontal spindle reciprocating table surface grinding machines, established on the latest concept of column-moving design.
The longitudinal X-axis is driven by hydraulic cylinders with end cushioning devices, ensuring good damping effects at the end of each stroke. Solenoid valves are used for soft table reversals.
The vertical axis (Z-axis) is driven by an A.C. induction motor equipped with a precision gearbox, through a trapezoidal lead screw and nut. The lead screw has a least count of 0.002 mm (2 microns).
The cross (transverse) axis, i.e. Y-axis, is driven by an A.C. induction motor and drive through a trapezoidal screw and nut.
The grinding spindle is assembled with imported super-precision bearings. The bearings are grease-packed with grease filled for life, providing long, trouble-free service.
The PH Series provides automation in two axes, i.e. X-axis and Y-axis, with rapid positioning. The depth of cut in the vertical axis is manual, with rapid up-and-down features.
